A home inspection may identify the need for major repairs as well as the need for maintenance to keep the home in good condition. The inspection will take the mysteries and unknown out of the home, providing you with confidence in the condition of the home, in order for you to make an informed purchasing decision
When the inspection is complete, KBar will describe and show you the defective issues that were discovered and discuss them with you. We will also tell you about any routine maintenance items that were discovered that should be performed. KBar will be available to answer any questions you may have. After the inspection is complete, KBar will provide a written report of the home inspection, describing what we observed, identified defective and maintenance items, and photo illustrations of the defects.
