What are symptoms of CO poisoning?

Carbon monoxide poisoning can be especially dangerous for people who are sleeping or intoxicated. The fumes may be fatal before anyone realizes there’s a problem.

Mild symptoms can range from:

  1. slight headache
  2. nausea
  3. vomiting and fatigue (flue-like symptoms) to moderate symptoms of throbbing headache
  4. drowsiness
  5. confusion & fast heart rate to extreme symptoms of unconsciousness
  6. convulsions
  7. heart & lung failure
  8. Blurred Vision
  9. brain damage and death

If you feel as though you are feeling some of these symptoms, visit the doctor immediately and remove all of your family members from your house. Afterwords, you should have your house tested by a Northern Colorado Carbon Monoxide company.
